Our Sea Vista complex is located right on the beach (it's as close to the water as any on the island).

Our condo is located on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator in the building) and features 3 very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has complete furnishings, large closets, cable TVs with DVD players, and comfortable bedding.

The master suite (shown above) has a king-sized bed with a breathtaking view of the gulf and beach through floor-to-ceiling windows. It also contains its own private full bathroom. The second bedroom (pictured on the left below) has a king-sized bed and a day bed (twin). The third bedroom (picture on the right below) includes bunk beds and two twin-size beds, wide variety of DVDs for children, toys, and Playstation video games. For the little ones we also provide a high-chair, pack'n'play, stroller, baby bathtub, carrier/sling and life jackets.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, coffeemaker, blender, and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Next to the kitchen there is a drybar area with wine glasses for enjoying cocktails on the balcony.

The living room (pictures below) features a new TV and large assortment of movies for your enjoyment. There is also new leather couch/queen sleeping sofa and new flooring.

DO NOT PACK LIST -  (these are some of the things we provide so you can pack light): beach towels, hair dryers, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys for inside and outside, high-chair for toddlers, portable crib for infants, baby bath tub, swimming suits for children, baby stroller, George Foreman grill for inside. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Amenities included: Cable TVs and DVD players in every room (4) complemented by a large DVD library, Playstation2 and games, VCR, Portable CD/radio/cassette player, High-speed Wi-Fi internet service, Board games, Boogie boards, 2 in ground pool/hot tub areas, Long private beachfront balcony, Cordless telephone w/Free Long-Distance, Central air conditioning & heat, Fully equipped kitchen, Non-stick pots & pans, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Electric can opener, Dishwasher, Full-size refrigerator, Range, Cooking utensils, Blender, Huge closets.  Linens & towels are provided at no extra charge.

No smoking is allowed in the unit. The association does not allow renters to bring pets into the buildings.
