Our family’s beachfront condo is located directly on the beach, right next door to the very popular Schlitterbahn Water Park. The Sea Vista complex offers two quiet pool/hot tub areas and two large fenced in tennis courts. The lushly landscaped grounds also feature a spacious parking area with gated entry. Our condo is located on the third floor, which provides a perfect view of the beach and the ocean. There is also an elevator in the building for easy access to the condo.
